I've had a few days now to use this belt and it is exactly what I paid for. It's a no fuss basic D ring belt. It has a little attachment on the end to keep it from fraying and a elastic band around the end to tuck in the excess parts of the belt. If you're looking for a cost effective, yet, sturdy product that'll keep your pants on, this is what you're looking for!

I've been wearing the same D-ring belt almost everyday for probably about 15 years. I really liked the style and every other belt I tried just didn't feel right, so I'd always go back to my favorite one. Unfortunately, it's beginning to show it's age (probably about 10 years ago, if I'm being honest with myself). I came across this one while looking for a replacement. It's a 1 1/2" canvas belt with D-ring closure, just like my other one, so I figured I'd give it a shot.When it arrived, I discovered the D-rings were much less substantial than my old belt, and I almost returned it and the second one I got in grey. I decided to try it anyway and ended up liking it, though I still think I'd like some heftier D-rings.One big improvement over my old belt is the elastic band that holds the tail of the belt. I hate having the tail flap around and, depending on the pair of pants, always had to secure my belt tighter or looser for the tail to reach a loop. The elastic band does a great job of securing the tail at any length and is a welcome improvement.

I bought this to replace a similar D – ring belt that was made of fabric. I was concerned the material would be too stiff, but it’s just about right.I have a 30 inch waist. After fastening it and passing the end through the first belt loop, I fold it back and tuck it into my shorts. There’s roughly 4 inches to secure it that way, about the same as my old belt. It just starts to slip out over time because it’s not as “grabby“ as my fabric belt, but it’s nothing to be concerned about. The material is more durable and will last.

We're not using it as a belt. Works fantastic as a strap to hold down my husbands jumping high pressure washer.
