Ordered this to try and help with perimenopause symptoms. Been using for about two weeks and I can say that I do have relief of some of my most annoying symptoms. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement based treatments. I am a little younger than the average age for perimenopause but my healthcare provider said it really is not uncommon since I was 38 when perimenopause symptoms first started. I am not at a point where hormone replacements are necessary I just needed something to help with hot flashes and sleep issues so with my healthcare provider's support I went looking for a vitamin or supplement to help.Hot flashes are the worst perimenopause symptom I have been dealing with over the last year or so. Daytime hot flashes I can deal with easier. The night time wake me from a peaceful slumber I could not handle! I would wake up in the middle of the night unbearably warm and soaked in sweat. More sweat than if I had been doing a vigorous workout! And the need for a shower in the middle of the night was also a big annoyance, by the time I changed showered, changed my bedding and tried to go back to bed it did not matter what time it was I was wide awake!Do not expect overnight relief, I have been using these for a little over two weeks and the past 4 or 5 nights really noted a marked improvement. It can take time for bodies to adjust to the changing levels, others may metabolize things faster than me and notice improvements sooner.Good value for the money, 60 total and with taking two at a time that gives me a 30 day supply. Finally sleeping through the night without waking up sweating is well worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relive perimenopause symptoms, just be sure to work with your healthcare provider too, especially if you are already taking regular medications some may interact with supplements.

I have been talking these can not tell the difference on anything. I feel my hot flashes are worse and my apron is still there lol. I haven't taken the whole bottle but plan to incase I need to give it more time. Will review later

I received this product a couple weeks ago. I’m hooked. I sleep better and there is definitely a difference in my hair. It’s softer and fuller in just a couple of weeks. I’ve lost three pounds without even trying to loose weight ! Definitely a great supplement !

I have just been on these for about 2weeks. I do like the size and there’s is no aftertaste or stomach issues. I am taking 1 in the a.m. & 1 p .m. I believe it’s too early to say if they are helping but most definitely symptoms have not gotten worse. I like the ingredients which are supposed to support menopause relief so I do believe this will be a good product for the price

Didn’t work

Have been taking for few weeks now and seems to be helping with the night sweats.

I have only been taking it for about a week but I can already tell a difference in my sleep habits and energy levels. It doesn't cause that "speed " feeling at all.

Be careful read carefully I was lead to believe there were 3 in the package because the picture has 3 in it but it only comes with 1
