Would have given zero star for all the effort gone waste, all the excitement gone down the drain, and the harrowing return process-but the option was not there! I was so looking forward to this Amerlife Queen Beige bed of mine. However, I was in for a huge shock and disappointment as one of the metal rods onto which the slats are screwed was twisted badly and defective. I waited 5 days for the bed to be delivered and never expected that after 5 days of waiting the bed would be defective. Now I have initiated a return and it says "if the return is approved by the seller", they will let me know in 48 hours. What am I to do in the meantime? And a new bed will take days to ship and reach me. Getting this huge bed package into my apartment was a herculean task in itself! Also, with this bed's present return policy, I will have to go and drop-off this huge and heavy bed myself - which is practically impossible for me! This type of defective bed was not expected from a brand like Amerlife. A happy bed experience has turned into a harrowing nightmare for me!

Great bed and it was really easy to set it up!

It took my husband about an hour to put it together, easy instructions, very solid bed frame. It doesn't move at all when we roll over or make noise. Super happy with it.The only issue, we saw...was 1 of feet had a chip, but it doesn't effect the strength of the frame.

Really great quality for the price ! Putting it together was pretty easy except for the end where you have to put together the bars underneath the mattress. You will need a few people to help there because it needs to be held firmly in order to complete that portion. Otherwise it’s great!

I read every review for bed frames on Amazon, Wayfair, and All Modern and couldn't decide. Finally, I ordered this one, and I'm glad I did. Quick and easy to assemble, and it looks great. It also fits my very thick 14” mattress and still leaves plenty of headboards to be seen. Save yourself the time of reading countless reviews and order this one!

So I’m writing this review after 1 night of sleeping on the bed frame! It took me 2 days to assemble it lmao (I’m a procrastinator & was also sipping a lil wine when I initially started the assembly process) once I got to the part where you need to screw the washer on to the screw that’s when I called it quits & had to take a break (which was a whole 24 hrs lol) so the next day when I got back into it, I figured out how to turn the washer while keeping the screw in place. It wasn’t EXTREMELY Difficult, just a little disadvantage since I was doing it by myself. But I managed to get all of the parts together & complete the process! So this is totally doable if you’re solo dolo & have no one to assist you. In terms of durability, A+ (I haven’t tried it out out; if u know what mean, but I’m sure it’ll stay in tip top shape during that kind of activity lol) in terms of appearance/ value for money; A+. I love it! I’m happy w my purchase ☺️ It’s perfect for a small room, it’s not a high bed, it’s a little close to the ground, but I like it regardless!!!

I absolutely love my new bed frame. The color matches with my other furniture around the house and it looks very elegant. Overall, it was one of the best things I've ordered. Highly recommend!

Pretty happy with bed frame, even the wife likes it. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for one very critical issue. One of the side sections, responible for some of the structural support, was missing 2 of the metal bolt thread inserts needed to accept 2 critical bolts.... This made it impossible to complete assembly of bed frame for functional use. Luckily, I am a contractor (carpenter) with a lot of tools and extra building materials to allow me to attach the sections in a different way. Still, this added another hour to my assembly time and caused a lot of aggravation. The average consumer purchasing this bed frame would not have been able to complete assembly and would have been very irritated with having to return it. Watch your quality control inspections Amerlife.... if you do, you will have a good product. If Amerlife rectifies this situation with proper customer service, I would be happy to raise this to a 5 STAR REVIEW.
