These barrel lids are very sturdy and fit well on 55 gal. barrel. Removing the lid is very easy. The springs keep the lid in place very well. Would recommend to anyone looking lids for a deer feeder.

Good weather tight lid for 55 gallon barrels

This was east to install, it hangs on the side while you fill the feeder, and it fits great. It's also very solid and heavy. Need to replace all my lids with these. Great product.

The lid fits perfectly onto a 55 gallon drum. I didn't use the springs, I riveted 2 straps to the lid, installed the bolts through the drum and used wing nuts on the bolts. Much more secure and easy to remove.

The media could not be loaded.  Almost crazy to build a 55 gallon feeder without this accessory. It has springs to hold the lid down.

This was perfect for a standard 55 gallon metal drum deer corn feeder! you just drill 1 hole on each side for the spring attachment that holds the lid on from blowing off and from moving and for easy refilling with corn! highly reccomend! metal was good quality too

Useing as a fire pit cover for a Solo Yukon. Fits over the chamber and flame ring perfectly, rests inside the outer edge. Won't cover over the full outside diameter. SUPER solid, better than the stock Solo lid.
