Thing thing was horrible lasted a month first my phone would just pop out of it onto the floor brand new iPhone 12 and now my camera got messed up then the back magnetic piece one day was using navigation and phone just fell off magnetic piece came off case and stayed on car piece and then a couple days later I’m outside and one of the ears just comes off so the purse strap broke horrible waist of my money

The phone case is super cute and fun. The added strap is very convenient. It is made to be durable and sturdy. Unfortunately, the case doesn’t fit the phone snuggly and kind of opens. The phone has popped out several times! So disappointing! The phone is so expensive that I definitely need to buy another case that will really protect it.

Purchased this for my mom and she loved the look but stopped using it as her phone kept popping out. The strap was a nice length for her and she said she felt that it was secured around her neck but just didn’t like that her phone kept popping out of the case.

Do not buy this unless you want to purchase a new phone. It is not sturdy and the phone doesn’t fit tightly in it for protection. My phone fell out and hit the floor the first time I used it. It’s cute but not worth the hassle.

I ordered this because it was so cute but it kept falling off my phone.

I like the case, but for me, it feels like it takes a lot of space and I think that the phone is not completely secure. It’s like so soft that scares me that the phone will fall off easily. Like I will need to be in constant awareness of the phone if I have it hanging by the case.

It’s very cute. They were a gift for my daughter and her best friend who we’re headed to Disney for a cheer competition. Within the week and half we were there we had to make a few new holes for the lanyard to clip into because the original holes broke. But it worked for the trip which was what they were intended for and who knows how rough they really were on them.

Cute but cellphone falls out easily. Also, lanyard broke after a month of use. I mean you get what you paid for!
