Love how the end of the spatula's are flatter. The thicker silicone spatula's I had I had a hard time sliding under eggs and stuff that was thinner. These are perfect for hamburgers or flipping an egg.

I bought this to go with our new Tamagoyaki egg pan. It fits the pan perfectly. It's very sturdy, so easy to clean. Has a nice sharp edge to get under the eggs. Works great

This is the best spatula for flipping eggs, omelettes, etc. Ever notice how egg whites stick to a steel or non-stick spatula when you use it to separate fried eggs, regardless of what you do to prevent it? Not so much with this little gem. While egg whites sometime stick just a little bit, it's not really a problem. When combined with my non-stick pan, this spatula lets me make perfect omelettes, rolled or folded, and eggs over easy. Highly recommended.
