The magic in this product is not the hat. The design was great and of superb quality, the hat itself was as advertised. The hat was great, but it had one tiny scratch in it. They replaced it right away, and through our email chain, I learned that the company is in my hometown. They invited me to see their operation, view the dip process, and even select a different hat than what I had as a replacement, if I so desired. This company was a pleasure to do business with..

when it arrived I took it out of the box and there were noticeable imperfections. small holes and bubbles. there was residual film inside the helmet. the first day I used it the film rubbed off in a spot so, I had to put a sticker over it to cover the hole. I don't think this film will hold up for very long.

Chips very easily. Very poor quality.
