After reading some of the positive reviews of this item, I decided to take a chance on it. My granddaughter needed a bluttooth device for her tablet/phone and I thought I would try on of these out for myself too. So I ordered 2 of them. When mine first came I charged it up and started trying it out. I must say one feature I did not care for at all and really didn't understand why they designed it like this, is the "hidden button". It is a click type part of the body of the ear piece and it is very difficult to find and push with the right amount of pressure to engage it. Some of the reviews I had read said that it was light and had very clear reception. It is light and if using it for listening to music or some audio off your device it is ok, but many people I tried to talk to over the phone said it was very static and cut out a lot.A few days after I started using this head set, it started beeping constantly beeping seemingly for no reason. I thought it may have been an "out of range" warning but I had my cell phone in my pocket so there was no range issue.I finally took the time to contact Aispeed about this issue, since it was past the refund/replace time. The company replied back that I needed to "reset" the device by pressing the "hidden" button and the volume button simultaneously until the blue light changed to blue/red alternating flashes.So I did that and it seemed to stop the beeping and reconnecting to the phone. But the beeping comes back ever so often and I have to reset it again.Now having said that I realize that his is a budget priced item and I shouldn't expect too much but I am disappointed in it's overall performance.I still use it and to be fair Aispeed said that if I continued to have the problem that they would send me another to replace the one I have, but I will probably go for a Plantronics next time even though they are high dollar. I like to be able to talk and drive or text and drive with speech recognition all I have to do is speak and the text appears so that is a handy feature on these new smartelick phones. So I give it 3 stars because it isn't a total failure but it could be better.

Can't complain whatsoever. Great battery life, quality sound, and ample distance from source. Definitely worth the purchase. And of course, Prime delivery is always a bonus.

Font used for instruction sheet are so small as to be unreadable. Sound is of good quality, volume adjustments are simple toggle switch and work fine. Sadly the batteries are of poor quality and will not last for a days use. They sign off with no warning, just a note" unite shutting down" and your call is gone. For that reason I would not buy again.

Great inexpensive earpiece. Works well on both ends of a call. Pairs easily. This is my second purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

Ear bud is extremely uncomfortable. I'm not sure where they were going with that design. If you can get a new bud, the technology part is great but otherwise too uncomfortable to wear for any decent amount of time.

I accidentally put it in the washing machine with my clothes and nothing never happened to it, it works the same.

its the ear piece rubber fitting, it tends to cut or cause soreness in the ear. other than that its ok
