Increased recovery time
I think the biggest benefit I have seen from this product is improved recovery time. I seem to bounce back a lot faster than usual. I’ve also noticed that my focus has improved, I don’t get as tired. Overall Beneficial for my routine and I highly recommend to speed up recovery time and build that muscle faster.

A High Quality Product and a Great Value
I am a big fan all of RSP products as there seems to be a little more TLC in their supplements. I have found the BCAA tablets to be excellent quality for a reasonable price. I have also seen improvements in my strength while cutting.

Made me extremely sick one pill
I took one pill as directed and i was in bed sick to my stomach the rest of the day dizzy and nausious almost vomiting. I told the company and they refused to do a return on the product.
