It only lasts for 2 minutes? I could last longer in bed with a porn star!

Well good for you! As far as the top...I’ve been able to achieve as much as 6:45 with the top! The technique of how you hold it and spin it from your finger takes practice. But then, lasting in bed with a porn star takes practice as well! GOOD LUCK!

The description says it has concave surface! 1 review said no. Will the glass scratch? Is the base sturdy or filmsy? Is base bottom covered?

1) I'd say it's very slightly concave; my tops don't tend to spin off of it and usually center over time. 2) I have a few small scratches in mine after owning for about a month, but very small and hard to notice without some light. 3) Base is very sturdy, machined metal holding the glass. 4) Bottom is bare metal as seen in the picture, with a small notch in the very center that can act as a stand for the ForeverSpin tops. Mine sits on a coaster most of the time for some added stability.

Can you put something on it like a ring and it'll keep spinning as long as if nothing is on it? Or does an object on top throw off some balance?

Putting something on the top will definitely NOT work. It most certainly would throw the balance off!

Does the tungsten spinning top scratch the base?

All materials seem to scratch the base somewhat.
