From the spec sheets of other comparable connectors that I've looked at, it looks like it's the size of the pins that decides the amp rating, so it would be 5A per pin in this case. The logic is that if the spec sheet says the pins are 1mm in size the amp rating is the same for a connector with 2 pins and a connector with 4 pins. If the amp rating was for the total of all pins then you would think the 4 pin connector would be double the amps of the 2 pin connector.
