Easy to use handy go Bible.
I like the original go by Apple catholic addition. It is easy to use, because I am visually impaired. The voice menu is really good. I use my Bluetooth speaker to listen to the Bible through. It sounds really good coming through the speaker. You can turn up the volume really loudly. The battery life is pretty good too. I get well over a week using it if I use it every day for a long period of time. Are use rechargeable batteries in it. It only takes one AAA rechargeable battery. Or regular battery. Anyway, I like to go to the different verses to look up that goes with my daily devotions. It is a nice Bible.

The GoBible was not very user friendly. I could see why one customer gave it only one star because it "didn't work". When I first tried to turn mine on I thought it was defective because it would not turn on even after I tried seval new sets of batteries. As it turned out the "buttons" had to be pressed very hard -almost banged in order for it to turn on. Then the system goes off on its own if you do not depress a button while listening after (I think ) 5 minutes which is annoying when you are relaxing listening and concentrating on the presentation. Had I known better I would have purchased the Bible on CDs instead.

Super gift for special need
I bought this as a gift for a blind friend. I saw advertisement but it was a King James Version. He really enjoyed being able to hear his catholic bible as teadcin church on Sunday. Very nice size and compact.

Cheap Player
Very poor quality. On/Off switch not functioning after being played four times. Voice was excellent. Player was junk.
