I was a little bit worried if the Hasler postage meter would accept a generic ink that was not the Hasler brand. So far everything is working just fine. The meter is registering the ink and the fluorescent red ink color almost perfectly matches the Hasler brand.

Ordered this ink cartridge (4135554T) for a neopost IN600 postage machine at work. The first cartridge I received was leaking, and it was literally sitting in pool of red ink within the plastic bag it was shipped in. I returned that cartridge and selected to replace it. The second cartridge (same part #), would not get recognized by the postage machine. Pulled it out and reseated it at least ten times, each time the postage machine would beep at me and say no cartridge installed. I'll have to return this one too and look for another brand.

I am not one to use aftermarket ink products after being burnt really bad with a mutli-function printer that was destroyed with a leaking aftermarket ink cartridge. However, I took a gamble on this postage machine ink cartridge because OEM cartridges are outrageously priced! After noticing our ink being light I was looking back to when I had installed it and was very amazed to find it was placed in service in August 2015! I do realize our mail volume is not that large (a little over 200 pieces per month) but I feel this is really amazing that it hadn't even dried up yet after 18 months!Don't be afraid to try it.

Have ordered this product in the past and it worked great. I recently got a bad one and Postageink exchanged for me free of charge. Will definitely continue ordering from them and recommend their postage ink cartridges!

It came in a timely manner. The only issue I had was loading it in my meter for some reason it kept reading that there was no ink cartridge installed. After taking it out 4 times and putting it back in, it finally worked and has been working fine since.

Two of the three of these I have ordered have not distributed the ink like they are Sutton. There is about 1-2 mm of ink not dispensing along the top edge of the postage amount and it does not print the date of the postage. When asked to return the item for a new one it was just return the item and buy a new one without any refund. 1. Why the poor quality2. Why can’t I get a refund or sent a new item that works. It almost seems like these things have been sitting on the shelf for months or years and by the time I get them they are not working like they are supposed to.

Fit our machine perfectly and has been working just fine since I installed it last month.

We have had this for a couple months now and it has worked just fine. We use our postage meter nearly every day.
