Das Spiel selbst kommt in einer länglichen Box gefüllt bis oben mit Karten - würde ich gerne behaupten, aber es gibt zwei Pappeinlagen, die etwas mehr Inhalt verpsrechen, als man kriegt. Ich gehe hierbei aber davon aus, dass diese für mögliche Erweiterungen vorgesehen sind und nicht einfach Marketing Gründen entsprechen. Dennoch erhält man durchaus viele Karten - so viele, dass diese nicht als ein ganzer Stapel gemischt werden kann. Die Karten selbst sind ohne Artwork (außer vielleicht die schwarzen Balken), was diesem Spiel aber kaum gut getan hätte. Das sehr kalte und schlichte Design, ohne Bilder oder ähnliches, passt hier sogar recht gut (außerdem treibt dies den Preis auch nicht weiter künstlich in die Höhe). Ich beurteile hier nur eine Spielvariante, da mir diese am sinnigsten vorkam und vor allem am einfachsten zu erklären war. Ein Spieler bietet eine Jobkarte an (zB Betrunkener Onkel) und Reihum zieht jeder zufällig bis zu vier Karten während sie jede Karte anschauen und mit dieser Beschreiben müssen, warum ausgerechnet sie so perfekt für diesen Job geeignet sind. Dies kann von der sehr passenden Alkoholsucht bis zum eher unpassenden Drachen als Haustier gehen. Sobald jeder Reihum mit insgesamt vier Karten ihr perfektes Profil für den Job vorgestellt haben, entscheidet der Jobanbieter, wer diesen Job kriegt. Dann wird der nächste Jobanbieter, bis jeder einmal Jobanbieter war, Hier kommen wir zu den ersten Kritikpunkt. In wirklich großen Gruppen, kann das Spiel, wenn man es also wirklich bis zum Ende spielen will (jeder kommt einmal dran) doch etwas zu lange dauern - aber da das Spiel keine so große strategische Tiefe hat und eher Spaß machen soll, kann man es sicher ohne weitere Probleme vorzeitig abbrechen, ohne dass jemand wirklich sehr beleidigt sein dürfte. Jemand wer dadurch sehr beleidigt wäre, hätte an diesem Spiel ohnehin nicht wirklich Spaß, denn wir kommen zum nächsten Kritikpunkt. Der Sieger in diesem Spiel ist recht willkürlich und vage zu bestimmen. So kann der Jobanbieter ohne Probleme den Job denjenigem geben, der am wenigsten hat, nur um am ehesten das Spiel zu gewinnen, selbst wenn er nicht wirklich überzeugend gewesen sein müsste. Ebenfalls sehr Schade ist, dass einige Karten einfach absolut lächerlich sind und andere wiederum recht normals, was dafür sorgt, dass wenn jemand die falsche Karte zieht, einfach keine Chance hat. Dann kommt noch hinzu, dass es, wie viele kreative (fast) Storytellinggames, auch dieses mit den Spielern kippt. Es ist ohne Probleme einfach spielbar über, ziehe Karte und sage: "Ich bin gut als betrunkener Onkel, weil ich einen Drachen habe" - legt den Drachen hin und zieht nächste Karte. Weder dieser Spieler, noch die anderen werden viel Spaß an einer solchen Spielweise haben. Also, dieses Spiel ist nur gut, mit den richtigen Leuten, die a) kreativ und kommunikativ sind b) nicht unbedingt aboslut sicher, mit allen möglichen Mitteln gewinnen wollen. Obgleich wirklich viele Wörter vorhanden sind, haben sich nach drei Spielrunden diese Wörter durchaus höufiger wiederholt, also täten dem Spiel durchaus einige mehr Karten gut (vielleichit gibt es Expansions). Die Karten sind nur auf englisch. Die meisten sind recht simpel, aber einige davon konnten wir nicht lösen, obgleich ich mit zwei Englisch-Studenten gezockt haben (irgendwelche medizinsichen Fachbegriffe). In einem solchen Fall, haben wir einfach eine neue nachgezogen, dennoch sollten zumindest einige Englischkenntnisse vorhanden sein - DENN, dieses Spiel ist auf englisch :D Fazit In der richtigen Gruppe (kommunikative, kreative und wenig Ehrgeizige? Menschen) ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist ein wunderbarer Moment, wenn jemand einen wunderbare Bewerbung einen Beruf aufgebaut hat, die vierte Karte zieht und man an dem zusammenfallenden, triumphierenden Lächeln erkennt, wie die Verzweiflung, die Sußigkeiten jetzt beim Kindergarten Lehrer unterzubringen. Es ist ein Moment, der die Leute beim Kartenziehen die Tränen vor Lachen in die Augen trieben, als sie die absolut unpassendste Karte für ihr Profil zogen. Wie es mit den anderen Spielvarianten aussieht, kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber sie lasen sich deutlich strategischer und weniger chaotisch. (Das Spi9el ist ab 18+ da hier durchaus erwachsene Anspielungen vorhanden sind - die das ganze mit dem richtigen Humor nur noch lustiger gestalten - aber dies ist wohl wie so vieles eher).

I love this game. I've played it with groups ranging from 3-6, and had fun every time. It's been really enjoyable with people who get into hamming it up as roleplaying for different applicants. (For example, slurring their words when interviewing for a Drunk Uncle position.) I've also played it with quite serious people who genuinely try to build the best resume out of the cards they're given, but the options are so hilariously absurd that it's still funny. As far as it compares to other similar games, I think it offers much greater potential for creativity than CAH and depending on the audience, you can avoid the dark/dirty cards. (This is really hard to do with CAH). The traits are pretty abstract and usually just one word, so most of the inappropriateness would come out of the interpretation. So yes, I've played it with multiple groups with varying levels of conservativeness and it's been fun multiple places. It's somewhat similar to Superfight in that it's an argumentative/persuasive game that requires players to think on their feet. I like Superfight, but I feel that it becomes repetitive after awhile, since the question is "Who would win a fight?" (unless you're playing with the expansion packs). For this game, each round feels new since the careers are so wildly different and players can approach the Hiring Manager role differently.
