These are very wide. They fit over my entire upper arm so useless on the arms. They fit on my legs but again, cover quite a bit of the muscle. The point is to restrict blood into the muscle for a bigger pump. But with it covering the muscle and squeezing itinstead of above the muscle, it is not doing what it is meant to be doing. It is okay if you are a large person with long limbs. But not your average person.

I was somewhat sceptical about these (and BFR bands in general) but thought I’d give them a try. They do work and post calf workout (light reps, lots of reps and sets with minimal rest) I was burning and sore for days. Personally I’d like them a little more narrow to be more focussed but regardless, they work well and are a great complement to my training.

These are essentially worthless. You need a second person to tighten them up because they do not create any pressure. The only thing they are good at is pinching the skin at the buckle as you tighten them. Don’t waste your money.

They don’t get tight enough to occlude. They are too stretchy
