10 days in: Purchased 8/13/23. Had immediate sleep improvement. I fall asleep within a couple minutes and I stay asleep longer. Used to get up 2 to 3 times a night. Breathing is better too, I have mild sleep apnea. Can't stand anything on my face. Grounding mat has addressed that so far. For me personally, my feet are more receptive to grounding. After trying it for a few nights in a row, sleeping with it under my bare legs, I didn't find any difference in my sleep. Perhaps not being the original created by Clint Ober, it doesn't work the same. As a matter of fact this one is listed as the one of the be knock-off brands to avoid.
