Delicious high quality chocolate. Tempers perfectly and has a delightful snap when you bite into it

Used for enrobing Danish Cream buns - tempered perfectly, so delicious

At 65% cacoa it did have a good Dark Chocolate flavor , and slight nutty and more pronounced fruity & floral notes in it. Seems to melt easily, have not tried tempering it yet, only used so far in ganache.

I got this chocolate to use as practice to learn that I don't have to eat it all the same day. I am proud to say I got it weeks ago and have not yet opened the second package. maybe I am finally growing up and can control myself like a lady.
