The first one I bought leaked around the handle, thanks to Amazon return policy it was returned no hassle.Ordered another one, fitted it and it is awesome. It is well made and looks cool in the kitchen. The black hose is supposedly better than metal. Will update the review if there are any negative points, but for now ..it is very good for the price of 357 or so.Highly recommended.

Impressed with this faucet for its price range. One negative is that the Hot and cold symbols are on the opposite side to what I prefer. I just installed the hot and cold hoses opposite to the instructions and ignore the symbols on the faucet. They’re hard to see anyway - works well.

I wish I could have changed the tap as it comes out of the cut out on its own . Seems to be loose.

Good product but very cassic

Striking tall kitchen tap thats both elegant and practical. I chose this tap for its flexible hose feature which doesnt rely on pull down counter weights. As a result very simple for my plumber to fit!The elevated mixer stick is very practical and reassuringly solid when manouvering for temp and water flow. I placed mine front facing which gives the tap a very simple elelgant pose on the basin mount.Nice brushed nickle finish which I chose as looks good even with water stains and finger marks unlike polished chrome which is high maintenance. Did lots of research into well known brands suchs as grohe, Blanco and bristan and this tap is as good for a fraction of the price with the same if not better ‘Wow’ factor.It is tall so make sure its the right proportion for your kitchen and basin. Very good tap.Time will tell if ceramic internals hold up. Even if it does wear its not expensive to relace the tap relative to other brands.

Love the look of this tap also made of really nice materials. Been using it for about half a year now one thing I can say that the tap keeps disconnecting and falls off from the supporting thing everytime you run the water on stronger pressure. So to avoid it falling out everytime I had to put a rubber band around it to keep it in place.Just an update at the time I bought it it was listed for over £60 I can't believe that they have just changed the price to over a £100 wouldn't buy it for what they ask for now...

We went into a number of kitchen/tap shops looking for a tap that was sturdy but stylish to do a flexible shower in the sink etc.... got fed up and went on amazon. The tap was half the price of any in the shops a nicer looking. Delivered the next day and hubby fitted easily. The quality is really good and the flexi pipe feels substantial.Love this product, the only thing is that the hot and cold sides are opposite to my previous tap but that’s not really a problem and we will get used to it!!

Liked the look of the tap. Had it professionally installed with our new kitchen and it looks great Cold water has great flow but no hot water.

I was a bit nervous buying this "sight unseen" and because it seemed like very good value (too good?). But I have had it in use for a month now and it looks great and is a joy to use. Seems very good quality for a very reasonable price (saw far worse for more money in the shops). Switch from stream to spray is very smooth and easy.Only time will tell if it wears well and develops any problems but I am reasonably confident it will give many years of great service.
