Barbie Fashionistas Doll 28 Floral Flair - Tall

I have started collecting a few of the new body styles for my granddaughter to enjoy at the appropriate age. I'm doing it now because Mattel isn't known for continuing their series for very long and I want to be sure that she has access to these great body styles.Her mommy and auntie are both over 6 feet tall, so in all likelihood, she will be tall as well. The new tall Barbie is a wonderful representation of a tall girl.Flora Flair Barbie is golden blonde with two tones of blonde hair. It is really well integrated and are very realistic in color, so the two tone is not jarring visually. The face mold is close mouth and is somewhat unfamiliar to me. It may be that Mattel has given these new body style Barbies their own molds so that they could be proportionate to their body type.The doll is proportioned tall and slim. She is as tall as the Ken dolls and is about half a head taller than a regular Barbie. As mentioned earlier, her hair is golden blonde with a braid on the left hand side, eyes are blue and lips are pink. There is no stiffening product on the hair. The skin tone is tan with no nail polish. She is wearing a short black dress of the front of which is a non-stretch polyester with pink and purple flower print. The back and the hip inserts of the dress are a stretchy darker black material which has slightly ruffled hemline. The dress closes with a hook and loop closure at the back. Her shoes are a stiletto blue heel that matches her blue cuff bracelet.Her legs are straight and do not bend except at the hip. They seem to be hollow versus the solid vinyl of older years. Her legs are slim, her feet are made for high heels and are not flat as are other Tall Fashionistas. I've noticed that the tall and the curvy Barbie's shoes can interchange fairly well with each other but not with a standard flatfoot Barbie. Hips and body are on the slim side. Her left arm is bent and her right arm is straight. The fingers are mostly separated with only the third and fourth fingers fused together on both hands.I hope that Mattel offers separate clothing for these dolls as they are all different sizes, including different size feet. I've seen that they are now offering dolls with a couple of different outfits but it would be good if they offered just clothing packs as well.

Attention toutefois les vêtements ne vont donc pas à tous les modèles. Chaque type de morphologies (4) a ses mensurations.

ma grande de 6 ans voulait une barbieet la marque sort enfin des poupées moins vulgaires, plus proche de la réalitéj'ai donc choisi celle-ci au hasardpoint positif :elle est moins maquillé, fait plus naturelle au niveau du visagepoint négatif :aucune articulation ! on ne peut pas l’asseoir en pliant les genoux, et le bras qui tient sa hanche ne se déplie pas du tout ! vous avez donc l'option : je tient ma hanche (d'un air tout à fait naturel) ou je tient mes cheveux (encore plus naturel me direz vous)Sur le coup je suis très mitigée... je vais compléter avec une barbie un peu plus "ronde" dans la même gamme, à voir si la qualité sera un peu mieux... ou pas
