If you are perimenopausal, this stuff is an absolute must. The only times I suffered from those annoying perimenopausal symptoms was when I stopped taking this. Once I resumed, I was back to my normal self. I generally take two dropper fulls each day, and that's enough to manage the symptoms. I like that this has a blend that incorporates adaptogens for both estrogen and progesterone. I use several herb pharm products and highly recommend. This one kind of knocked my hormones out of whack so stopped taking it. I guess the acne breakout means it works but not for me

knocks the hot flashes and night sweats out after about 3 days. Tastes a little funny but once you have a night without the flashes it will be your new favorite flavor

This tonic has a really harsh smell and if you use it according to directions very hard to swallow if diluted in another liquid. It does not work as well as other Phyto Estrogen products. It took a few weeks for it to start to work at all and it seems to work best if I take many small doses throughout the day.
