I haven't had a battery problem, but I don't use it all that much. I guess depends how long it stays on

Battery is stuck inside

You say battery so I assume that it is not the battery holder that is stuck inside of the flashlight housing. If one batter seems to be stuck inside the the 3 battery holder, just insert the tip of a small sharp object and pry it carefully out.
