Attractive, sturdy, appealing to cats and not over-priced
A very good value. One of the few cat trees available that isn't ugly and covered in dumpy carpet remnants. And the only one I could find that has an attractive design and isn't outrageously priced. Our 2 cats like it a lot. They are in and out of it all day. Sometimes they sleep in it. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. My only complaint would be that it comes with the wood unfinished. But that keeps the price down. And it will be easy to stain and seal if and when I get around to it. It looks OK as is but would be richer looking when finished. Our wood trim in the house is all vertical grained douglas fir with a clear coat - a lovely honey color. I think this unit could look very similar with a clear coat. Might need a transparent stain first.

The Perfect Cat Tree
Let me start off by saying this is an excellent cat tree. I have had it for about four months and absolutely love it. I had been debating between this tree and the refined feline lotus cat tower for awhile but ultimately went with this cat tree because of the cheaper price and better style. Setup was quick and simple. Not one screw was missing and all of the tools necessary to assemble the tree were included in the package. I put it together by myself which took about 30 minutes total. It was just a very painless process. The tree itself is very sturdy and I do not think that any cat would be able to tip it over. I was a little worried that my fifteen pound cat, Teddy, would be too big for it but happily report that isn't the case. He loves to take naps on the top step so I can only assume that he finds it comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this treeJust a little note: I would recommend putting the tree near a window. My cat loves to sit on the second level and stare outside.

Looks like furniture, easy assembly, cats love it!
Great cat furniture idea! It only took me 15 minutes to assemble and my cats love it. The window with the best light in my home is in my living room/den. My décor is contemporary (Ikea) and I did not want to off set it with a bulky carpet covered cat tree. This tower looks great and blends in perfectly, it actually looks like furniture.Another great feature the design of the 4 tiers and access holes. I have 3 cats and had a variety of trees for them because they all competed for the highest, best lit spot in front of the window. The placement of the holes and the staggered tiers of the Art Deco Tower allows the sunlight, privacy and elevation that each cat wanted. I only need the one tree now.The tower is a bit pricy for the materials used (it is not solid wood). But it is not too heavy, well constructed and solved many issues. So, I will say that it is worth it.

better than carpeted traditional cat trees
It is all right. Looks ok, better than carpeted traditional cat trees. Took some time for my cat to warm up to it, now he hang out there some times, but not his favorite place to chill. It arrived with slight crack in the rounded corner in one of the layer of the plywood it is made of, probably felt during shipment. Since it did not compromise the structure, we can live with it. Disappointing since you have to pay for the shipping.

Cats Love It and Looks Nice!
This is by far the best deal out there as far as cat condos that cats enjoy and that actually look nice in your living space. Those carpet covered things are horrible eyesores so I shopped around and found several options out there as far as wood structures go, but all of them, except this one, run between $250-$400. I love my cats, but come on now. I am so glad I decided on this one, it was super easy to put together, it is sturdy and cats really love hanging out in it. I hope to get around to painting it one of these days for fun, but it looks perfect unfinished as well.

Nicely made and looks good
This was a really good purchase, though it took my cats a few months before they would use it. Now they lounge on it every day and it's a favorite spot for them. The tree is pretty easy to assemble. A friend who's a carpenter looked it over and said the wood is good quality and it's well-machined. Once it was assembled, I sanded all of the wood and then oiled it. The result looks great and blends in well with the other furniture in my living room. Much nicer than the ragged carpet tree it replaced.

stylish, and sturdy!
this is the best not expensive stylish cat tree you can get—and it certainly beats some more high end products. It is super easy to assembly, the wood used is excellent quality, and it is really solid and sturdy. One of our two cats is 20 pounds, and he often used to make the old cat tree fall when jumping on it... not happening with that one now!and the whole tree looks really nice.

Superb value, great build quality, arrived in ready-to-finish condition.
Very solidly constructed. I chose to glue and screw mine instead of just using the supplied screws. So far, I've left it unfinished and the kittens love it. It's serving as the centerpiece of a box fort for them until I can find some more furniture of a similar build quality.I know some people would prefer a finished piece, but that's SO easy to do at home. What's considerably harder is building something like this yourself if you live where you can't operate power tools for that long.My unit arrived with finish sanding at what I'd call 90+% ready to paint or seal. That's really impressive. This thing blows other similarly priced items out of the water, and it leaves me asking: other than greed, why aren't all pieces of cat furniture this well made? I've definitely paid as much in the past for a vastly inferior cat tree. For anyone looking to also glue their unit, I suggest applying the glue to only the slots, not the shelves and supports. That way you won't smear glue onto one of the side plates as you try to make everything fit.
