Hi Angelica, You will need to check the VESA pattern on the back of your television. This Rolling TV Stand accepts VESA hole patterns from 200mm x 200mm to 600mm x 400mm.

Q: To raise or lower is a push of a button or require tools or another person to hold steady?

You may need two people--one to hold the TV, and the other to press the spring loaded buttons in on both columns to raise or lower the upper part of the stand.
