Dislike the dishonesty
The box was opened, sealed by Amazon branded duct tape. Missing part, sounds like a broken little pieces.

Great piece of kitchen equipment like it very much pity you have to pay extra for waffle plates but the grill is very well made.

Very easy to clean, one button to press to remove each plate. Feels very very solid and works as expected. Longing mechanism seems like it could be an issue as the selector slider has unlock with one click down, and one click up starts the open with the top grill being supported (so as not to crush what's cooking).
