JBL CONTROL SB-2 Stereo Input Dual Coil 10" Subwoofer - White (Pack of 1)

How could be it's connection for 5.1 system with 4 jbl control one and one center speaker?

I understand that I need to connect the smaller speakers to this and then the output to my amp, but where do I connect this on my amp???

After connecting my matching jbl bookshelf speakers to this, the book shelf speakers work normally but I’m not getting a response from the sub.

My receiver has a second zone. Can this be hooked up to that instead of hooking it up between the receiver and the main speakers?
