To see my first review scroll down. After the initial bad experience I feel it may have just been my body adjusting to these. Now they are working fine and I take them daily before work. They help me relax and not get overwhelmed with anxiety. I highly recommend these. They do still make me go to the bathroom more so I take anti diarrhea pills to balance that. Other than that these work very well and do not upset my stomach at all anymore. Very good supplement. Just ordered my second bottle. See old review below ========================= The first week I took the recommended 2 pills per day, once in the AM and once at night (6am and 6pm). For about 1 week they seemed to be helping, but I can't be certain. No gas, bloating, or headaches that I noticed. After 1 week, TERRIBLE bloating and gas, painful gas at that too. Also, it was the type of gas that you are not sure if it is just gas or you need to use the restroom. So LOTS of bathroom trips just in case, and it would be just a ton of gas almost every time. Trying to hold down a job with literally non stop cramping and gas just doesn't work for me. Then last night, I could not fall asleep. Every 20 minutes I had extremely sharp and painful intestinal gas. If you have ever been super constipated from pain medications then you will know what I am talking about. This gas made me feel like I was on a super high dose of pain killers (I used to be prescribed these for pain by a DR.) and this rivals the pain from constipation I used to get. The constipation was one of the major reasons I took myself off the prescribed pain killers, it felt like I was dying at certain times the pain was so bad. These pills gave me that same exact effect last night and I could not go to the bathroom to stop it. I was not constipated, but it felt like I was extremely constipated. I also started to experience migraines after starting these pills. I hardly ever get migraines but on these they are about every other day, and bad ones too. I never felt any irregular heart beats, but with the gas, pain, and headaches I have to stop these. I will deal with my anxiety some other way as this product obviously does not agree with my body.

Nos ha caído muy bien, si he sentido que no estoy tan tensa y creo que me ha mejorado el humor. Pero no quita el estrés ni nada del todo, pero si se siente un buena cambio. Sobre todo, lo sentí en el humor.
