Can someone tell me if these pencils are refillable? There are 2 posts about this and they contradict each other... Thanks!

They can be refilled, but are much harder to do it. You have to take out the black thing inside and CAREFULLY pull out the lead. Then just put extra lead in, and put the pencil back together. Hope this helps!

Can someone tell me if I can erase the pencil mark well on watercolor paper?

I don't know for sure but they do erase beautifully on other papers. If you're an artist you might want to check into Prismacolor Magic Rub erasers. Good luck!
