This was bought as a gift. The product was exactly as photographs depicted and what I expected. It was delivered much earlier than expected, so really pleased with the quality and service. However, I would have preferred for it to be delivered in protective packaging, seeing as the courier left it on a damp doorstep (observing distancing rules) and the packing is now damaged. Also, 3 different large labels, one of them being a huge barcode address label, were affixed to the packing and after trying to peel them off, have left a sticky mess. Luckily, the recipient is a real 'new age earth mother' so won't mind that the packing is damaged.

Very well packaged, holder a bit smaller than I thought but because the incense sticks are also short i guess its the right size.I burned one of the rose sented cones and as it came to the end, when I removed the remnants it had appears to have removed some of the detail on the incense holder, not a major issue, but on burning only one cone was a bit surprised.Very pretty little set though

The packaging was beautiful and the presentation however the scents were not very strong and they only burn for around 10 mins. You are best to stick with the Strong Satya and Stamford Incense. They would be great to start with though or for people who are sensitive to scents.

Good amount of sticks and cones but feel they burn very fast,compared to more expensive ones,overall a fair product and would buy again.

These are excellent for use in the toilet or anywhere you require air freshening quickly. They do not last a long time but are far better in our opinion than the aerosol type. We are very pleased.

Changing my review, now that I've used this product. The stick burn down very quickly which is ok, the cones also burn quickly and the first one i used burnt the plate which gave a horrible smell, the plate is now stained brown and smells.

Very small and the plate to let the sticks burn on has hole and it burned my furniture. Advice to use something heatproof underneath or completely something else.Smell nice.

I was so disappointed when lighting up these cones, and smelling an almost toxic chemical fume. The colours look great, but none was any better when it comes to odour.
