Q: is this paper deckled on all sides?

Apparently I have used all of my 13 x 17 paper because I cannot find anything of that size in my collection. All of the paper I use has deckled edges.

Q: How smooth is the paper? Could it be used for relief printing?

This paper is very smooth. I've not done relief printing myself, but the paper I've received multiple times has no texture-it is completely smooth like hot press paper. It is thin-translucent-but fairly sturdy. Hope that helps!

Q: Can this paper be used to repair old brittle book pages?

You'll need an extremely thin mulberry paper. Look for a Japanese hand made brand. Not sure if Amazon sells it-

Q: Does this paper hold when wet (such as dipped in liquid dye) or does it get mushy and falls apart when wet?

I have used this paper for watercolor. It was on a very sturdy support though and I had to be very careful. I think you could dip it but you would have to be so very careful! It would be boarder line.
