not sure how wayerproof it wud be but suitable to keep dust and dirt off the scooter

Excellent cover elastic tight around bottom of cover for a great cover hold along with ties.fit is perfect and the cover is made of quality material.highly recommend

How to reach the strap underneath the scooter?
Have yet to figure out how to manage getting the strap/buckle underneath the scooter when it is on the rack as it falls between the slats. I also couldn’t get the buckle threading to stay so wound up tying a knot. I am currently putting the strap/buckle around the edge of the hitch tray and tying the whole thing with ratchet straps. It’s messy and doesn’t protect well, but it’s all I’ve got.
