Libro regalato a mia moglie che l'ha apprezzato. È in INGLESE e se conoscete un po' la lingua, non avrete problemi. A parte qualche ingrediente che non è facilmente reperibile da noi in Italia, è tutto abbastanza semplice. Dopo i capitoli d'introduzione, si passa alle sezione delle ricette che sono divise per preparazione basie. Interessanti i mini menù che vi consigliano 6 finger food da servire insieme per diverse occasioni. Per ogni ricetta ci sono anche utili consigli per portarsi avanti e non dover preparare tutto all'ultimo minuto.

Marked down from $19.95 to $4 (plus shipping), this arrived in five days, ordered on 6/20/21 arrived on 6/25/21. Described as in "good" condition, "like new" would have been more accurate. Yaay!The author is a professional caterer, but the recipes are simple and concise, with plenty of color pictures. My wife refers to this sort of cookbook as "food porn." There are even menu suggestions for various selections of party appetizers. For small-volume preparation at home, the "Taste of Home" cookbook, "Half Homemade" is an excellent companion volume, as some of the shortcuts described in that book will save one time making the goodies described in this one.For light summertime meals, a lot of these can be made without excessively heating up one's kitchen. Nobody really wants to do that when it's already 90F out. I seem to have bought this at the right time of year!

Love the colorful cover. I appreciate the menu planner section & the much needed how many appetizers to serve per person. BUT I don’t like how the majority of the recipes do not have pics of the end product. I have another old book by this author which is great with lots of pics. I wouldn’t of bought it if I knew it didn’t have pics.

Was s gift for a family member who loves to cook, and indicated they would enjoy the book when opened the gift.
