Nice and soft!
It came frozen lol. Pros of living in a cold state I guess, ugh. Anyways. I bought this because i handwash my clothes, spin dry them, and then hang them up to dry the rest if the way. My clothes were drying "crunchy" and someone suggested fabric softener. I picked this kind because honestly I liked the color on the bottle. This stuff works! I hung up my clothes to dry last night. Came to check on them this morning and they aren't crunchy! They dried nice and soft. I dont have any comments on smell or static since I dont dry my clothes with heat, and I didnt buy it to make them smell good, but they do soften your clothes nicely! I'm glad I can buy them in bulk because I am constantly doing laundry
