Hammerhead20V Cordless Reciprocating Saw Kit with 2.0Ah Battery, Charger, Wood Cutting Blade – HCRS201

I had ordered the saw plus an extra battery. My saw stopped working after 7 months, on both batteries. Factory sent me a replacement without the battery, which also didn’t work. Factory sent me another replacement which included a new battery, and it works. In fact the new battery from the last replacement saw also works on the old saw. I figured I could buy just more batteries for standby, but the factory doesn’t sell them - they say you can only buy them on Amazon. But Amazon shows them unavailable and not certain it will ever be back in stock. Also Interesting to note is that the original saw, batteries, and replacement saws all have the same serial number. I had also bought the 4 year Asurion warranty with the saw, and now it’s coming up on the end of the saw’s factory warranty and Asurion takes over. Not sure how that will work. I went ahead and bought an extra Ryobi reciprocating saw to ensure being able to work and have standby batteries. Disappointing experience.

Easy to used.

I have used it a lot since I bought it and tear down old decks and rebuilt decks. and cuts straight on the "0" on the dot. I will purchase a couple more for back up. Worth your money.

It's a little saw with a attitude Light in weight but big in heart it just goes and goes. It is for the homeowner that needs a small saw for use a few times a year. I have a Milwaukee cordless saw and my little feller thinks he's just as tough..Seriously, it's a good saw for not much money!

Great product. Better buy extra blades, i needed extra blades for metal.since theres only 1pc for metal. I had to buy more.

This is the 2nd one I have ordered the first one didn't last very long they did send me a replacement that one only lasted 6 months it gets very hot when using I really like this saw would I be able to get this replaced

I was impressed by the number of 4 star reviews on this saw but am terribly disappointed after purchase. I feel the speed is not at the rated 5000RPM because the tears it produces. Secondly the dust collector is totally useless - less than 5% of the dust generated goes thru this port. This dust generated covers guide line making it annoying to have to stop to clear it often. I will revert to my old B&D saw of 25 years old. This saw is no improvement except for the portability. On another note, I ordered the saw plus an extra battery. For some reason they were shipped separately! Why would they do something like that! Still waiting on the battery. Wasted $83 + $23 for a battery!

Es una excelente máquina si uno la usa para trabajos sencillos. El cuerpo es de plástico pero es muy resistente y está muy bien armada. Sentí bastante firmeza en su operación. Cortando tablas de 1 pulgada (pino) funciona bastante bien y mantiene el corte recto al usar una guía.Seguramente habrá sierras más potentes y mejores pero insisto en que para proyectos pequeños funciona muy bien.Considero que la relación precio-calidad no podría ser mejor.

La sierra funciona correctamente, tiene buen desempeño y estéticamente esta muy bien, si la recomiendo para uso casero.

Loud little bugger but works well and price is great. Again..loud as a banshee but ear plugs are cheap.
