Is there any way to cover the Arduino?

This does not come with an Arduino cover. Arduino is mounted upside down.

What size rail does this fit on?

can support width 35mm / 32mm / 15mm rail, and the carrier can be taken apart for panel mount use.

Can ferrules be used in the terminals? Does the rail block the terminals at all which would prevent using ferrules on the wire ends?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to fit a ferrule in the terminal because the rail is higher than the terminal opening. That was the only flaw I found in an otherwise nice product.
