Arrived melted
Product was melted, even though I picked it up right after it was delivered.

Chocolates were completely melted upon arrival. These should have been shipped with an ice pack.
These chocolates are delicious. I ahve had them before and I can confidently say that they are very good. However, they should always be shipped with some kind of cold pack. Mine were shipped from a 3rd party seller. I received them ahead of time as well, which is awesome, but because the seller did not include an ice pack, all of the chocolates in the bag are melted. I have put the bag in the refrigerator for now to see if I will actually be able to eat them, because if I can't then this is definitely a waste.
