Q: What does the w width designation mean? how does this compare to d or ee?\

I believe with Clarks men's shoes the regular size is D width, the "W" or wide width is EE, and the Extra-Wide is EEEE. I've seen them sized like this from other shoe retailers.

Q: What is the difference between the Clark cotrell oxford and the Clark unstructured un. bend oxford besides twice the price ? Thanks

The more expensive ones have a better quality leather, sole, and more inner cushioned soles.

Q: Is the size of the shoes true to the Amazon size guide?

I have ordered this shoe in various colors and the size has always been exact. I have found these shoes to be very comfortable as well
