Great tool!
Easy to use and lightweight. Used it to float mud out on a bad drywall transition.

The Kraft name says it all
Kraft makes great products much better than a cheap flt from lowes

Good and light, handles seem cheap
It's definitely magnesium, although it doesn't really help that I completely suck at plastering and stucco. The handles are a very cheap wood, probably the worst poplar they could find. I'd prefer a smooth hard plastic, as they'd clean off better. But they're holding up at any rate.

Lightweight with just a little bit of flex.
Lightweight and straight with just a little bit of flex. I would actually prefer less flexibility because I use it for stucco work but you can’t beat the price. The handles screw on easily and haven’t broken off or cracked after several weeks of use.

Would be great if not for the flex
I use it to scrape material off when leveling areas that are of the right size for the darby. The problem is that it does not take that much pressure on the handles to put a bow in the middle of the darby, and end up with a bowed surface. Other than that it is quite light, straight (when not putting a force on it), and it is just the right size for some jobs. It is too bad it has so much flex.I've bought this set of screeds around the same time, manufactured from the same company as the darby:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BVFXMD0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1However they are heavier and have no handles. I'm using the screeds in situations where I would have preferred the darby, if it were not for the flex.

Great cost
Good product for the price

Great product.
Great product ... using it for stucco and it is very lite so working with it is breeze and not hard on the arms for overhead work.

Thin aluminum extrusion, used to be thicker and sturdier
Came with a bow / twist but much cheaper than the magnesium high dollar one. I've got a one time plaster job, I can just float it out with a soft rubber trowel.
