Fantastic for crumpets which is what I wanted it for.

Disappointing thought would be at least 6 éclairs moulds who makes 2 at time!!!

bought these mainly for the large ring, but they are an excellent set, and the small ones are ideal for american pancakes, to stop them spreading when cooking excellent rings with quality chrome plating .

Those rings are great... been browsing for ever looking for tart rings... they are study, ultra smooth and I made amazing elegant sweet pastry tart shells for my lemon tart... 10cm diameter for the small ones. I haven't try the large one yet.
