Refurbished?
Was supposed to be new but appears to be refurbished. Working fine so far I’ve had it for 3 months with no issues.

DOA - and that says a lot
Dell power supplies have always been the weak link of their consumer products. This vendor did not check that the green 'good' LED on the P.S. lights when sitting on the bench and plugged to 117 VAC, and shipped me a dead one. Avoid this vendor - no quality control apparent. Deserves negative stars, if that were allowed.
