Great vitamin, no weird side effects, and the only methyl b vitamin complex on here without insane percentages. Watch out for any other brand on here. There percentages of each vitamin tend to be insane. I will be sticking with this one, regardless of the price, bc it works.

We take this everyday as a supplement to our raw, plant based lifestyle. I've never noticed any stomach issues and I have a sensitive tummy. Me ha funcionado muy bien porque debido a la lactancia tuve un deficit severo de vitaminas de grupo B y calcio, primero tome hidroxil y despues me paso a este. De b6 tiene 13mg porque tengo entendido que por ley ya no pueden poner 50, asi que tomaba medio hidroxil + una de estas, y en unas semanas solo la de solaray. Tenia problemas en la lengua y malestar mental y desaparecieron con este suplemento
