I am prone to kidney stones, and they are all made of calcium. I took over 30 minutes in the store a couple months ago, reading every single label on every single bottle of multivitamins, and they ALL contained calcium carbonate--the number 1 cause of my kidney stones. Once Daily Women's 50 Plus Ultra was the only bottle in the King Sooper's super store that didn't contain calcium carbonate! I bought them, and I discovered that they are easy to swallow, and they didn't cause indigestion like the others I'd been taking. Nature's Way saved me from another kidney stone, and I've actually been feeling more alert and sleeping better. I went back last week to get a new bottle, and KS didn't even carry them anymore! The label lists all of the things I am looking for; no iron and lots of the good things like B vitamins and C and zinc. Helps me with feeling well and more energy!

It’s always a good idea to go with a product that does not skimp on quality. And for a multivitamin, I like the fact that this is food-based and specific to my needs. I’ve use this product for several years and will continue to do so.
