How many amps dose this run on?

Kozy is wrong: it is an amplifier, so not hook up to another amp. It runs on 5-27V. I suppose it draws less than an amp, depending on voltage and speakers and listening volume.

Can it plays the music in u disk by usb port?

I have this board and it does play the audio from your computer over USB - you can't use Bluetooth at the same time of course, but it will output computer audio. You will have to choose it in Playback Devices if you are using Windows.

Where do I get the subwoofer enhancement mentioned in the description?

There is no mention of subwoofer in the description.

Will the 5W*2 amplifier really handle 2 ohms of resistance or is that a typo?

I've used it with 4 ohm and 8 ohm speakers. Both sound about the same. If you parallel two 4-ohm speakers (resulting in 2 ohm load) it could probably handle the current at low volume but I haven't tried it and wouldn't risk it. I mean, really: this is a *LOW COST* amp, not something to drive your neighbors crazy with. 2 ohm speakers? Where'd you even find them?
