Brilliant book!
The gryphon chronicles have got to be one of my totally favorite set of books! I loved every minute of each book. The characters are so well done. The stories are wonderful. You really cannot predict what is going to happen one minute from the next. The authors are extremely good and in my viewpoint should totally get a great acknowledgement for their books. Can you also get onto the next in the series!

Eric & Gael Foley have done it again I just love it & can’t wait for book # 8!!!!
The year 2020 has tried our patience, and reading “The Dragon Lord” has provided a welcoming respite from our worries & fears! I totally recommend this book & every book in the series and without giving the plot away here is my review of “The Dragon Lord”.We are spirited away to join the exploits of Jake & his friends! The story picks up at the end of book #6, “The Dark Fortress,” it begins with Jake & his friends escaping to the grid in the midst of the fighting & destruction that’s happening all around them. Fear surrounds them & it is palpable in the air. As Jake & his friends navigate the dangers surrounding them, you can’t help but experience their emotional highs & lows! Mostly you marvel at their strength & courage! You will meet new characters, you will learn more details on some original characters and read as other minor characters are developed. You will feel their fears, anger and even shed some tears or if you are like me, a whole lot of tears. This book is exciting & it's a good scary and if you are like me you won’t want to put the book down until you have finish every single page!I voluntarily read an Advanced Review Copy of this book and the views expressed are my honest opinions.

Good
The battle! Lots of action with various characters as sides are chosen, but do they stay? Who dies? What happens? Many people see odd things, and find out things, so just read the story.

Good Story
I’m enjoying the series. This book amps the dangers, tension, and lays out serious events to come. Two peeves (unimportant if you read and ignore) are lions Can swim. Throughout the series the authors keep saying lions can’t swim and it’s annoying. But certain events require Linus to be incapable. The other is the mix of Bibical truth with made up stuff, with stereotypes, and other religions along with magic. Again… putting blinders on is needed to enjoy the fiction fantasy this book is.
