Just Like Bento House
Anyone that enjoyed Soba noodles from Bento House, will enjoy this. Almost the same taste and texture - the instruction is in Japanese but I managed to cook it in hot water boiling roll, 5mins, then immediately drain and plug into ice cold water. Rise 2-3 times to get that perfect texture and stop the cooking process.
