Not a magical shampoo but definitely a good choice for daily use. I would keep it in the category of mild shampoos. My hair hasn't gone any thicker nor it has any impact on the hair fall but it cleanses well but even the cleansing part depends on how much time you spent washing your hair thoroughly. Good part no paraben, no sulphate, no fragrance. All in all decent.
