buy NEW not refurbished !!!

My former Apple ipod where I just store my music on just came apart and I was looking for a replacement since Apple is not making this the ipod anymore. I rarely buy refurbished items but this was on Amazon and I have always have no issues with the products I buy here. What was great was the IT support for the ipod I purchased. The first time I called and the Amazon Rep could not answer me so she got Apple on-line for me. The second time I called the Amazon Rep was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue and I was able to store all my music from my computer on the refurbished ipod. The color is not what I would have picked but I wanted the extra storage this ipod would provide me with. Extremely happy with my purchase as well as the IT support that comes with it!

Always hesitant on purchasing renewed products, but due to Apple discontinuing IPods, desperate times calls for desperate measures.I did not want to be forced to buy an Apple IPhone just to access my current collection of well over 2000 purchased downloaded songs.Took the leap and ordered this renewed IPod from Amazon and could not be happier. Now there’s a backup in case.I do wish Apple would reconsider but it’s a money making thing on their part.Maybe 10 years from now, I will be forced to go with the IPhone but nothing worse than having good music ruined by a phone call IMO.
