This worked to hold up a rav4 glove box that was constantly dropping. My only complaint is that one of the small magnets broke in half while installing. I just used another one that was provided.

Missing parts
I believe this part will do what it is supposed to do. The magnets are very strong. However, the package was sent in complete and missing the screws that hold magnets and washers in place.
