Winning big in HR would for the average Europen probably be classified as a typical American way of looking at the (HR) World. "Loose the past, look forward", "Take your HR life in your own hands", "No one will help you but yourself"; " Sure, if only", the average European would think, but on the other hand this book is as refreshing as they come.Allan Collins is as direct in this book as he isin his newsletters and articles. He challenges, pushes forward, is blunt at times and shows ways forward with great simplicity and common sense without ever being simplistic.I enjoyed the book very much. I use it when my own days in HR dont exactly pan out as they were intended. It helps To put things in to perspective. This book should be every HR desk.
