May end up being my favorite pan
May end up being my favorite pan. Definitely non-stick which makes it very easy to clean. I do not put in dishwasher. Only hand wash. Do not use any harsh or sharp utensils in it. It is lightweight. Everything cooks quick with heat evenly distributed. Perfect size for my family.

Love this set!
I bought this set many years ago at Big Lots when it was called Red Copper. I have used it a million times and it finally started looking terrible. Love the deep fryer in it and using the rack/steamer. Never knew it was oven safe! Anyway I threw it all in the garbage last week and hot me a new one!

Perfect for those who need to cook smaller portions
I like this pan a lot! The smaller size of it, the lid and the two drain spouts plus the fry basket and steamer plate are exactly what I’ve been looking for and it cooks well on a ceramic cooking surface.
