They say you get what you pay for and in this case it’s true. Excellent product.

Q: Does this product wash out easily. Is there product buildup?

After shampooing hair, both my husband & I use Confixor as styling gel with excellent results. Our hair texture is quite different and it is, indeed, lightweight. Yes. It washes out easily with no buildup. My hair is thick and wavy, so I also use Rewind 06.

Q: Is this a legitimately an Aveda product, or a knock-off?

Hi Corrine yes this is a legitimate Aveda products. I own it and love it. Use it after shower with damp hair. Apply about a dime size amount and it gives me wavy hair with no frizz. Hope this helps. Lori
